what is your dream?

Just finished reading this on the plane to TX. So many things impacted me on the topic of leading others. It is not just full of profound thoughts but he writes it as a fictional story that is a fast read. If you lead others or run a company, prepare to have everything you "know" about the bottom line blown away! Matthew kelly's organization was at a convention I attended this month and after we spoke online He decided to donate several books to the FUEL intern program.
